Graduation & Prom
You must be a current member of CHEC in order for your student to participate in graduation or prom. If you are not a current member of CHEC, you must apply for membership by October 1st. All CHEC members are required to sign up for and complete a service. It is suggested that those signing up specifically for prom and/or graduation should sign up to serve on one those committees.

Graduation Commitee: Loren Warnemuende, Ernesto Jaimes, Corie Woodard, Mindie Pace, Gabrielle Moore, Rebecca Nail, Chandra Sorrells, Jessica Uranga, Prsicilla Rubio, Katy Corbin, Maria Taft, Jodie Hilburn.
There will be a yearly graduation fee, no less than $25, no more than $100, (dependent on graduation participants) that does not include the purchase of a cap and gown. Deadline for graduation sign up is Monday, October 7th. You will not be allowed to sign up after the October 7th date. For all inquiries, please email: [email protected]

Prom tickets are available for purchase for $65
Seniors only may purchase a +One ticket. Eligible guests must be at least 14 but no older than 21 on September 1, 2023.
