Graduation & Prom
You must be a current member of CHEC in order for your student to participate in graduation or prom. If you are not a current member of CHEC, you must apply for membership by October 1st. All CHEC members are required to sign up for and complete a service. It is suggested that those signing up specifically for prom and/or graduation should sign up to serve on one those committees.
Graduation Information
Graduation Commitee: Melissa Wagner Rayne Gill, Stacy Neal, Robyn Wright, Jessica Stephens, Shelley Stipp, Kaylan Laird, Elizabeth Faulkner, Allison Goforth, Sarah Brown, Amber Lawrence.
There will be a yearly graduation fee, no less than $25, no more than $100, (dependent on graduation participants) that does not include the purchase of a cap and gown. Deadline for graduation sign up is Wedday, October 1st. You will not be allowed to sign up after the October 1st date. For all inquiries, please email: [email protected]
Prom Information
Banquet Comittee Chairperson: Rayne Gill.
Prom tickets prices have not yet been set.
Seniors only may purchase a +One ticket. Eligible guests must be at least 14 but no older than 21 on September 1, 2025.
