ELO Mandatory Informational Meeting

Open House is for families interested in joining ELO for the 24-25 school year. You must be a current member of CHEC in order to register and attend this meeting. The Mandatory Informational Meeting must be attended in order for families to register for the following year. Attendance at the meeting does not guarantee a spot for the 24-25 school year. More information will be given during the meeting. 

Please sign up EACH child attending the Open House for the grade they are currently in, not the grade they will be in next school year. Please note, that your OLDEST child needs to be entering Kindergarten and age 5 by September 2024 (no exceptions) in the 2024-2025 school year. 

Each child will be in their own grade level/class for the duration of the class and will participate in that day's activities. Please note that the 5th-grade through High School classes will be assigned a class by an ELO Coordinator. Please bring a snack and a water bottle, as each child will have a snack/break time with their classes.

If you have a child that requires diapers or special eating utensils, please make sure you have all the necessary items. It may not hurt to include an extra pair of clothes for your children. If your child has allergies or special medical needs, please let an ELO Coordinator know so we can pass that information on to the teachers of the day.

Participating adults may shadow in each child's room for most of the morning. The mandatory meeting will be from 10-11:30 am in the sanctuary of NCC and must be attended by the participating adult of the day. The ELO day starts at 8:25 am and ends at 12:30 pm. You may stay until the end of the ELO day or leave when the Mandatory Meeting is concluded.
